Showroom Manager

Overview

This role is for a Showroom Manager responsible for overseeing the complete functioning of a two-wheeler dealership branch. The position involves managing sales, service, spare parts, and customer relationships to ensure smooth branch operations and achieve set business targets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch functions including sales, service, spare parts, and customer relations departments.
• Meet monthly objectives related to sales volume, service quality, revenue generation, and profitability margins.
• Lead and motivate branch staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Track daily operational metrics such as enquiries, bookings, deliveries, service inflow, and cash collections.
• Guarantee superior customer experience and prompt handling of any grievances or complaints.
• Supervise inventory levels of vehicles and spare parts, manage cash handling activities, and control branch expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership standards, and all relevant legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Accounts, Sales, Service teams, and head office to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor branch performance indicators regularly and provide detailed reports to senior management.
• Initiate and support local marketing campaigns and other business development efforts.

Requirements

• Educational qualification: Graduate or Diploma.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years working in the automobile or two-wheeler dealership sector, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong skills in leadership, sales management, operational control, and client handling.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹20,000 and ₹35,000.
• Benefits include reimbursement for cellular phone expenses, flexible working hours, paid sick leave, paid vacation, and provident fund contributions.

Work Conditions

This is an on-site position based in the Delhi-NCR region.
