Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position located in Accra entails managing and optimizing a portfolio of short-stay rental properties. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily property functioning such as pricing strategies, occupancy levels, and enhancing guest experiences. The manager ensures listings are accurate and appealing across digital channels and closely monitors revenue, expenses, and market developments. Collaboration with property owners and service providers is essential to promptly address maintenance and guest concerns. Additional duties cover analyzing booking patterns, proposing investment and portfolio growth initiatives, and executing tactics to boost profitability and brand reputation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Capability to analyze performance metrics to discern trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Understanding finance concepts to handle budgets, track income, and grasp expense frameworks.
• Experience or knowledge in overseeing multiple properties to enhance overall returns.
• Familiarity with investment and trading principles to assess property opportunities and market behavior.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for effective collaboration with owners, suppliers, and clients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various listings and operational duties effectively.
• Proficiency with property management software, booking systems, and standard office applications.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous exposure to hospitality, real estate, or property management, particularly in Accra or similar markets, is advantageous.
