Shopmaster cum Delivery

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shopmaster cum Delivery professional to join our team in Kolkata. This role combines responsibilities of managing in-shop activities with ensuring prompt and careful delivery of products to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks to guarantee all products meet company standards before dispatch.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper management of payments.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, promptly resolving any queries or concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture positive rapport with retail partners and outlets.
• Efficiently pick and pack items correctly and deliver them on time to designated locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills to interact effectively with customers and partners.
• Competency in basic mathematical calculations, particularly related to cash handling.
• Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license as driving is a core aspect of the job.
• Open to all gender identities, with an age range between 18 and 40 years.

Employment Details

• Position type: Full-time field job based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
• Working hours: Morning shift from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM and evening shift from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Weekly off: One fixed day off each week.
• Salary package: Fixed monthly salary of ₹14,000.
• Additional Benefits: Fuel costs reimbursed by the company at ₹2.75 per kilometer.
