Shop Manager - Dispatch Management

Nirvan Textiles specializes in offering premium fabric and textile products. We seek a committed and energetic Shop Staff member focused on dispatch management to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory control, and shop floor support in our Meerut location.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare orders including picking, packing, and labeling textiles for local delivery, shipping, or customer pickup.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking outgoing stock and assisting with daily updates.
• Properly tag orders with invoices, shipping details, and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with courier services and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.
• Conduct quality inspections on textile products to verify yardage and detect defects before packaging.
• Support shop floor activities during busy periods including stock movement, loading/unloading, and merchandise organization.

Candidate Qualifications

• Completed high school or equivalent (10+2 / Secondary education).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, shop management, or logistics, preferably in textiles or apparel.
• Basic proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, Word, or POS inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in the local language and basic English.
• Physically capable of handling fabric rolls, boxes, and light shop floor duties.

Compensation & Work Conditions

• Monthly salary ranging approximately from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, adjusted based on experience.
• Work schedule: Typically 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
