Nirvan Textiles is dedicated to providing premium fabric and textile products. We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Accountant to manage daily financial records, billing, and overall accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including sales and purchase entries and maintaining vouchers.
• Generate invoices and handle inventory billing through Marg Billing software.
• Maintain comprehensive ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations using Tally.
• Ensure precise data entry for accounting and inventory documentation.
• Organize financial data and prepare regular reports using Microsoft Excel utilizing tools like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Support basic GST and TDS calculations and assist with routine compliance requirements.
• Liaise with vendors and customers for payment tracking and ledger reconciliations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant accounting education.
• Experienced user of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and Marg Billing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Basic accounting principles knowledge, including GST and inventory management, preferably within the textile industry.
