Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Shop Helper to support the jewellery showroom operations at Gujranwala Jewellers (Bholu Shah Group) located in Jalandhar, Punjab. This role involves assisting showroom employees with daily tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient showroom management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist staff with daily activities in the jewellery showroom.
- Organize and keep jewellery trays, boxes, packets, and display items neat and accessible.
- Retrieve and arrange jewellery pieces as requested by sales personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in both the showroom floor and back-end areas.
- Support stock handling and assist with basic stock-related tasks under supervision.
- Help relocate files, documents, boxes, and showroom materials as needed.
- Aid the sales team during high-traffic periods to enhance customer service.
- Prepare the showroom environment prior to opening and assist with closing procedures.

Compensation
