DejaVu Dubai Restaurant & Cafe, a premium tribal-themed Mediterranean and Persian lounge located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Manara, Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Shisha Specialist to enhance our guests' experience. This role entails crafting exquisite shisha blends and delivering impeccable service in a sophisticated setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality shisha blends tailored to customer preferences from our available inventory.
• Oversee guest tables, ensuring continuous maintenance and optimal performance of shisha equipment throughout their sessions.
• Greet guests warmly, provide detailed guidance about our exclusive shisha menu, and suggest premium options to elevate their experience.
• Uphold stringent cleanliness standards by thoroughly setting up, deep cleaning, and sanitizing all related equipment, including bases and hoses, in line with hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with the food and beverage team to deliver a harmonious and memorable lounge experience for patrons.

Candidate Profile

• Previous practical experience as a Shisha Specialist within upscale lounges, restaurants, or hotel environments is essential.
• Proficient with equipment maintenance and committed to maintaining high guest service standards in hospitality.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills to confidently interact with an international premium clientele.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive, energetic demeanor paired with professionalism in all guest interactions.
