Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a Shipping Executive experienced in export shipping and dispatch operations to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The role involves managing daily shipment tasks, coordinating with various logistics parties, and ensuring accurate preparation of export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day export shipping and dispatch activities efficiently.
- Liaise effectively with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping line representatives.
- Prepare, verify, and manage key export shipping documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, and other necessary paperwork.
- Handle multiple shipments simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Required Skills and Experience
- Firm understanding of export and import shipping processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), and other export paperwork.
- Exposure to DGFT regulations, customs clearance, and export procedures.
- Prior experience in handicraft exports will be an advantage.
- Proficient communication and follow-up abilities to ensure smooth coordination.
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel and document handling.

This position requires the ability to multitask and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders involved in international shipping. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 25,000 per month.
