Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by managing team performance to ensure delivery of outstanding food quality, quick service, and exceptional guest experience.
• Work alongside management to achieve operational goals and drive overall results.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to align, energize, and motivate your team.
• Act as a role model by maintaining high standards and leading by example.
• Create an engaging and inclusive atmosphere that energizes both team members and customers.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build future leaders.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company policies.
• Take full responsibility for shift performance, including labor management, workflow, and service quality.
• Maintain a fun, high-energy environment that supports smooth service and a positive culture.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in fast-paced settings, ideally within quick service restaurants or fast casual dining.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership approach that supports and motivates the team consistently.
• A genuine passion for working with people, understanding that successful outcomes stem from strong teams.
• Confident in managing standards, compliance, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to inspire and guide a team.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and focused under pressure.
• A strong desire for personal development and career progression towards management roles.

Additional Information & Benefits

• Starting hourly wage of £12.75, increasing to £13.25 plus a £0.50 premium when acting as Duty Manager.
