Role Overview

We seek experienced Restaurant General Managers who can fully own their restaurant operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-paced restaurants, inspiring teams to achieve high standards and excellent results in people management, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all food safety protocols (HACCP), health and safety regulations, and employment laws
• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s performance, including profit and loss, sales, labor, food costs, audits, and compliance with brand standards
• Support and mentor team members to foster career growth and maximize their potential
• Maintain Popeyes’ standards for food quality, service speed, and guest experience
• Manage recruitment processes, staff development plans, and succession strategies for your location
• Handle stock control, inventory management, ordering processes, and waste reduction initiatives
• Create staffing schedules that balance employee availability, labor budgets, and peak business hours
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective measures
• Maintain a lively, positive environment that keeps service efficient and company culture vibrant

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience as a General Manager within a recognizable brand operating high-volume quick service or fast-casual restaurants
• Proven ability to consistently deliver top quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Successful track record in meeting sales targets, managing P&L accountability, and controlling expenses
• Experience with labor scheduling, stock handling, and inventory control systems
• Skilled in leading people, building effective teams, and nurturing future leaders
• Exposure to opening new restaurant sites or managing multiple locations is advantageous
• Comfortable adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is frequent
