Shift Manager

Job Purpose

Join Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants as a Shift Manager to contribute positively to Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. Support the General Manager by leading successful shifts that meet sales and profit targets, ensuring procedural compliance, and delivering outstanding service to both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through high levels of guest satisfaction and efficient restaurant operations.
• Report any concerns or suggestions regarding restaurant operations, staff, or guests to the General Manager.
• Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures during shifts, including training team members accordingly.
• Address complaints and detect any violations of procedures or policies.
• Promote a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and customers alike.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting, ideally within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic mathematical capability to support operational needs.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and extended hours as required.
• High energy levels to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
