Job description
Position Summary
Start your career as a Shift Manager with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, with additional pay based on your experience. This role offers reliable and full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure speedy, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Provide guidance and leadership to crew and fellow managers to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan and monitor shift activities, including scheduling, inventory control, and quality food preparation.
- Ensure food safety protocols, safety and security measures, and store maintenance are consistently upheld.
- Communicate effectively with incoming shift managers to ensure smooth transitions and continued excellence.
- Assist assigned departments in meeting operational goals and achieving performance targets.
- Conduct training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior leadership experience is preferred, particularly within restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to work varied schedules in a fast-paced environment.
