About the Role
Join Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants as a Shift Manager, supporting the General Manager by leading successful shifts focused on meeting sales and profit objectives. You'll be responsible for implementing company procedures and delivering outstanding service to both Guests and Team members, ensuring the restaurant remains the preferred choice for customers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability through superior guest satisfaction and effective restaurant management.
- Communicate any issues or suggestions regarding the restaurant, staff, or customers directly to the General Manager.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and operational procedures during shifts.
- Train team members on company standards, operational processes, and customer service excellence.
- Address complaints and violations of policy promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and guests.
Requirements
- Between one to two years of restaurant management experience, ideally within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments.
- Basic proficiency in math skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours.
- Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
