Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts ensuring customers consistently receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
• Provide leadership and guidance to crew members and fellow managers during shifts to uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan and oversee each shift’s operations including monitoring team performance and addressing issues in real-time.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security protocols, and departmental profitability goals.
• Manage essential tasks such as food safety, inventory control, daily maintenance, crew scheduling, and training.
• Communicate effectively with the incoming Shift Manager to ensure smooth transition and continued operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred prior experience in leadership roles, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Positive attitude with team-player mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
