Role Details

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for running shifts to guarantee customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Tasks include shift planning and supervision, monitoring team performance against McDonald's standards, maintaining safety and security, managing profitability, and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts. You will also assist in meeting operational targets and supporting department goal achievements.
