About the Role
This opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the rights to use McDonald’s brand and products but is fully responsible for all employment matters including hiring, staff management, and discipline. McDonald’s USA does not participate in hiring or employment decisions.

Key Duties
- Lead crew and managerial staff during shifts to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan and manage daily shift activities, monitor staff performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee safety, security, and profitability targets within the shift.
- Communicate effectively with incoming Shift Managers for shift continuity.
- Manage food safety, internal communications, inventory, daily maintenance, and crew scheduling.
- Train staff and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and oversee quality food preparation.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and willingness to have fun.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the manager position.
