Job Summary

The Shift Manager leads restaurant shifts to ensure customers experience quick, accurate, and friendly service every time they visit. This leadership role involves supervising crew members and other managers during shifts to uphold high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety compliance throughout shifts
• Communicate effectively within the team and between shifts
• Manage inventory efficiently
• Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
• Lead and manage crew members to perform their tasks well
• Oversee quality food production and presentation

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should preferably have prior leadership experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors. Suitable candidates are positive, adaptable team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working collaboratively. The minimum age requirement for managers in corporate McDonald's restaurants is 18 years old.
