Key Duties
- Oversee daily shift operations and plan shifts effectively
- Lead and motivate crew members and fellow managers to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure food safety compliance and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Manage inventory, internal communications, and scheduling
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during your shift
- Train and develop staff, supporting departmental goals and meeting performance targets
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
- Preferred prior leadership experience, especially in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings
- Positive team player with flexibility and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $18.50 per hour, competitive and potentially higher with experience and leadership certifications
- One week of paid vacation annually for full-time managers after completing one year
