About the Role

This vacancy is for a restaurant managed by an independent franchisee licensed by McDonald's to use its branding and menu, though the franchisee operates separately from McDonald's USA. If hired, your employer will be this franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Employment decisions such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision are the franchisee's responsibilities alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts regularly, ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Oversee crew and managerial staff to maintain standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor shift activities, taking necessary corrective actions to meet performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage inventory and daily restaurant maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate internal communication and support scheduling activities.
• Facilitate training and development of team members.
• Help assigned departments achieve their operational goals during shifts.
• Communicate effectively with subsequent shift managers to ensure smooth transitions.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior leadership experience preferred, especially in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years for managerial positions in corporate-operated restaurants.
