Responsibilities and Expectations
- Engage in problem-solving and deliver excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities with a commitment to mentoring and developing your team.
- Enforce proper procedures and maintain a culture prioritizing food safety.
- Maintain flexible availability to meet scheduling demands.
Physical and Operational Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift consistently.
- Competence in using restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills.
- Adherence to brand standards to prepare high-quality food, provide excellent customer service, and ensure cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Reliable transportation to commute to your primary store and occasionally travel to other locations for training or duties.
