This job is for a position in a restaurant owned and run by an independent franchisee, who holds a license to use McDonald's branding and products. This franchisee operates independently from McDonald's USA, which has no control over employment matters such as hiring, firing, or scheduling. The franchisee will be your employer if hired.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure each customer enjoys a fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Guide crew members and other managers during shifts to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan and monitor each shift’s performance, addressing issues to meet McDonald's standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with the next Shift Manager to ensure continuity and effective shift handover.
• Assist in achieving goals for the shift and assigned departments.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew supervision, high-quality food preparation, customer service excellence, safety and security, scheduling, and staff training.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred prior experience in leadership within restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Positive, team-oriented individuals with flexible availability who enjoy an active, fast-paced work setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial role in corporate-owned stores.
