About the Role
Are you experienced in customer service within restaurant, retail, or call center environments? We are seeking Shift Managers who can lead shifts effectively, ensuring customers receive speedy, accurate, and friendly service every time. Responsibilities
- Lead shift operations to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan and organize each shift, monitor team performance, and take necessary actions to meet company standards.
- Ensure food safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage internal communication and inventory control.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and facility upkeep.
- Supervise and support the crew throughout shifts.
- Oversee quality food production and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are adhered to.
- Create and manage staff schedules and facilitate staff training programs.
- Collaborate with subsequent shift managers to ensure smooth handovers and continuity in operations.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience is advantageous, particularly in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager.
- Flexible availability and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for customer service excellence.
