About the Role

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least some high school education
  • Preferably some experience in operations
  • Compliance with local food safety laws, including obtaining Food Handler certification at own cost

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Workspaces typically involve standing for extended periods (up to four hours), exposure to heat and steam, and operation of kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs, reach counters approximately 36 inches high, and function effectively amid high noise and limited storage. Strong communication skills, adaptability to a dynamic environment, and conflict management abilities are essential.
