Role Overview

The Shift Leader will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members during shifts to ensure outstanding team performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing daily operations, training staff, maintaining high standards for service, food quality, safety, and team collaboration, as well as upholding the brand's values and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in accordance with the El Jannah ethos and support the team throughout service periods.
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Deliver consistent and customer-focused service experiences.
• Assist with staff rostering and shift scheduling.
• Drive performance and achievement of restaurant objectives and KPIs.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to keep kitchen and service running efficiently.
