This position supervises shifts and work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant to consistently deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service, contributing to the profitability of the restaurant.
Primary Responsibilities
- Follow established guidelines for all stations, including dough management, accuracy, and portion control. Perform station duties ensuring quality products are prepared according to company standards and held within required times.
- Support the restaurant's product goals by meeting customer expectations, reducing complaints, and appropriately responding to customer needs. Adhere to all policies in the Team Member handbook, covering image standards, attendance, safety, and security.
- Model Papa John’s Core Values by maintaining a positive attitude, collaborating effectively with team members, and demonstrating flexibility amidst change.
- Ensure adequate coverage during shifts, provide prompt feedback, and resolve issues as they arise. Maintain standards related to product quality, customer service, labor costs, cleanliness, and overall shift management policies.
- Assist in achieving profit targets by adhering to company guidelines, utilizing the FOCUS System for accurate management, executing cash handling duties, and managing inventory levels to minimize waste and loss.
