The hourly wage starts at £15.59, increasing to £16.86 for stores within the M25. Some locations provide additional compensation. A minimum of 16 contracted hours per week is guaranteed, with some roles available from 12 hours per week. Shift schedules are provided with at least three weeks' notice for your availability window, and applicants with nearly matching availability are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to consistently deliver excellent customer experiences within the store.
• Operate across all store departments and serve as the primary contact for daily operational questions.
• Develop inclusive and positive relationships that support colleagues to excel in their roles.
• Confidently manage store operations in the absence of the manager.
• Demonstrate flexible decision-making and adaptability amidst changing conditions.
• Coach team members by providing constructive feedback and exemplifying excellent service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior leadership or management experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong role model with enthusiasm for delivering superior customer service tailored to individual needs.
• Adept at fostering positive, lasting relationships to cultivate a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere.
• Effective communicator employing multiple methods to keep the team informed.
• Natural leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the team towards outstanding outcomes.
