Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: some high school education.
• Preferred experience includes familiarity with operations.
• Required to obtain and maintain any local or municipal food safety certifications including Food Handler certification at your own expense.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to four hours continuously, and reach across countertops around 36 inches high.
• Capable of working in hot, noisy kitchen environments with limited storage and tight workspaces.
• Must quickly prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives while maintaining precision.
• Effective verbal communication skills, adaptability to fast-changing priorities, and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
