About the Role
As a Shift Leader at Panda Restaurant Group, you will play a vital leadership role in creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education: some high school education.
- Preferred experience includes familiarity with operations.
- Required to obtain and maintain any local or municipal food safety certifications including Food Handler certification at your own expense.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to four hours continuously, and reach across countertops around 36 inches high.
- Capable of working in hot, noisy kitchen environments with limited storage and tight workspaces.
- Must quickly prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives while maintaining precision.
- Effective verbal communication skills, adaptability to fast-changing priorities, and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
