About The Role

We seek proactive and confident Shift Leaders to oversee shifts effectively and guide team members towards excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify and promote the EJ Way while assisting the team during service periods.
• Ensure seamless and efficient daily restaurant operations.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and confidence.

• Assist with shift scheduling and roster management.
