Shift Leader

We are seeking confident and driven Shift Leaders to effectively manage shifts and guide teams at El Jannah. In this role, you will maintain a steady presence during shifts by setting the pace, supporting team members, and ensuring each guest receives an outstanding experience. You will be instrumental in upholding high standards in service, food quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by exemplifying the El Jannah way and provide support during service hours.
• Ensure daily operations are efficient and run seamlessly.
• Coach and train staff to develop their skills and confidence.
• Consistently deliver guest-focused service experiences.
• Assist in organizing and managing shift schedules and rosters.
• Contribute towards achieving restaurant targets and KPIs.
• Maintain food safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and workplace health and safety compliance.
• Oversee stock management to ensure uninterrupted kitchen and service flow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in quick service restaurants (QSR) or similarly fast-paced hospitality settings.
• A composed and confident leadership style that motivates and energizes team members.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• A genuine enthusiasm for food, customer service, and people management.
• Dependability, strong organizational skills, and leading by example.
