Job Overview

This full-time position demands flexibility to cover both opening and closing shifts. The Shift Lead will oversee the fill operation to ensure the sales floor is prepared for trading, managing resources for serving customers, selling, and stocking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation ensuring the sales area is ready for business, managing resources efficiently to serve, sell, and fill.
• Coach team members on operational best practices and productivity to prepare for store opening.
• Strategically allocate staff to guarantee speedy payment processes.
• Ensure smooth implementation of daily operational activities across the store at the correct times.
• Coordinate teams to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented retail environment.
• Foster an inclusive, positive team culture.
• Exemplify outstanding customer service standards and company behaviors throughout the store.
• Assist Colleague Managers by providing feedback to support high performance and recognize excellence.
• Provide operational support to nearby stores as needed.
• Manage key holding responsibilities and respond to call outs.
• Handle tasks related to store opening and closing: vehicle receipt, temperature checks, logging operational issues, cash handling, and compliance with TSL during peripheral hours.
