Job description
Overview
Join B&Q in Exeter as a Shift Lead working full-time (36.75 hours per week) on a permanent contract. This position includes a competitive annual salary of 28,224 (which incorporates a 515 location-specific allowance), pension benefits, and 6.6 weeks holiday entitlement. The role requires shift work ranging from a 6am earliest start to a 10pm latest finish. As a keyholder, you will play an essential role in maintaining a safe environment and positive experience for both customers and team members.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Manage colleague deployment to ensure excellent customer service throughout each shift.
- Serve as the primary contact point for both customers and staff during your shift.
- Maintain store safety standards consistently.
