Role Overview
The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of shifts by performing all duties typical of a Team Member, alongside added leadership responsibilities. This position often steps into the leadership role in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training, ensuring adherence to company standards across product preparation, customer service, restaurant upkeep, and team coordination. The Shift Lead is instrumental in delivering speedy and accurate service to customers to enhance their experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Must possess a valid driver's license
