Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a Contract to Hire (C2H) position with a multinational client based in Chennai. This role requires extensive hands-on expertise in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform and related ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications with a minimum of five years’ experience in development.
- Implement ServiceNow integrations to support seamless workflow and system interaction.
- Manage CMDB, Security Operations, AIOPS, Change Management, Event Management, Now Assist, and Catalog Management modules effectively.
- Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes within the ServiceNow environment.
- Configure and maintain Service Level Agreements ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Utilize Import Sets and Transform Map Scripts to import and convert data efficiently within the platform.
- Operate under US overlapping working hours from 12 PM to 10 PM IST as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core concepts, including client-side and server-side scripting.
- Certification in ServiceNow CAD or CSA is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and specifically the ServiceNow ITIL module.
- Understanding of platform fundamentals such as instance cloning, upgrades, transactions, and plugins.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Immediate joiners or those with a maximum notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
- Work schedule includes overlapping hours with US time zones (12 PM IST to 10 PM IST).
