Primary Duties

• Deploy and configure software applications customized to meet client-specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to integrate software solutions smoothly into their current workflows and infrastructure.
• Offer ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting both during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Lead training sessions for end-users and develop detailed documentation to enhance user understanding and software utilization.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to guarantee projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product management to support continuous product enhancement.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficient knowledge of software development methodologies and integration strategies.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with the capability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Java technology stacks.
• Experience deploying applications on enterprise-level application servers.
• Expertise in configuring database connections including connection strings, pooling, and security.
• Ability to write and utilize SQL queries for troubleshooting and data verification.
• Skillful in analyzing application log files and system records to identify and fix problems.
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems for application management and configuration.
