Service Technician

Job Overview

The position involves assembling and testing various medical equipment components, including PCBs, remotes, and OT tables, following engineering specifications and quality norms. The candidate will also be responsible for on-site installation, providing technical support during commissioning, diagnosing operational issues, and training service engineers.

Primary Duties

• Construct PCBs, hand-held remotes, body remotes, and complete wiring of OT tables according to engineering drawings and established quality protocols.
• Conduct thorough testing of OT tables, OT lights, pendants, SMPS, actuators, PCBs, and other imported or in-house manufactured equipment prior to dispatch.
• Verify that products comply with load capacity, tilt functions, electrical safety standards, and overall operational effectiveness.
• Handle installation processes at client sites and deliver technical assistance throughout equipment commissioning.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems associated with OT tables, lights, pendants, dialysis chairs, and related electronic units.
• Provide training to service engineers focused on installation practices, fault diagnosis, product demonstrations, and technical examination procedures.
