Service Porter

Mahalak Auto Group seeks a reliable and energetic Service Porter to become an integral part of their active service team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to gain practical experience in the automotive field while contributing to a dynamic, customer-centered workflow. The Service Porter will work hand-in-hand with service advisors and the manager to ensure smooth operations within the service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in process
• Transport, park, and retrieve vehicles as directed by service advisors and technicians
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and shop area
• Support advisors with key tagging and managing vehicle flow
• Clean customer vehicles by washing and vacuuming before delivery
• Provide shuttle services to customers when required
• Assist the service team with daily tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated positive attitude and strong dedication to work responsibilities
• Receptive to instructions and willing to assist in varied tasks
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass background checks, motor vehicle records review, and drug screening
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
