Role Summary

The Service Lot Attendant position at Land Rover North Vancouver is critical in delivering top-tier customer service by ensuring dealership vehicles and surrounding areas are well-maintained, clean, and organized. This role supports the Service Department by handling vehicle preparation for delivery, assisting with vehicle movement, and maintaining the overall safety and cleanliness of the dealership lot.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep all vehicles spotless, presentable, and prepared for customer delivery or display at the dealership.
• Uphold excellent vehicle presentation standards to enhance the customer experience.
• Regularly start vehicles, monitor battery health, and perform battery recharging when necessary.
• Organize the vehicle inventory lot to maintain neatness and order.
• Clean service zones by removing debris and trash from vehicles and work areas.
• Ensure the delivery zone is tidy, systematic, and unobstructed.
• Store and arrange all supplies appropriately at the conclusion of shifts.
• During winter, remove snow and ice from doorways, vehicles, and lot areas while ensuring pathways remain safe for pedestrians.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid British Columbia Driver's License.
• Capability to provide a current ICBC driver’s abstract upon request.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Competence in operating designated equipment and vehicles safely.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring adherence to high-quality maintenance standards.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Compensation

This role offers an hourly wage of $20.00.
