About the Role
Chipotle Mexican Grill is redefining fast food by focusing on responsibility and quality. Join us as a Service Leader to help maintain outstanding customer experiences through quality food service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all served food is flavorful, fresh, and meets quality standards.
- Address and resolve any food quality concerns promptly.
- Uphold food safety protocols, including monitoring hand hygiene, glove changes, line temperatures, shelf lives, and completing the Daily Food Safety Checklist.
- Handle customer incidents professionally to guarantee positive experiences.
- Manage crew operations such as breaks, shift transitions, meetings, and scheduling.
- Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew members to enhance team skills.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations of restaurant crew.
- Mentor and support the growth of future Service Leaders.
- Perform various office administrative tasks including banking, managing cash handling policies, and paperwork.
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
- Prior restaurant experience is necessary.
- Understanding and commitment to Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food safety regulations.
- Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Availability to work at least four days weekly, including two days among Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, with the flexibility to cover any eight-hour shifts.
- Minimum of 32 working hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay ranging between $20.50 and $22.08 per hour based on skill level and experience, compliant with local labor laws.
- Tuition support up to $5,250 annually.
