Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Engineer specializing in high-technology systems to join our team in Bonn, Germany. The role involves managing technical issues, maintaining equipment, supporting system startups, conducting customer training, and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults and service requests efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure operational reliability.
- Assist with commissioning and integrating new systems on-site.
- Deliver technical training sessions to clients at their location.
- Create and regularly update comprehensive technical documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in technical service roles, including field service or technical support.
- Proficiency with commissioning, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent command of the German language and strong English skills (minimum C1 level).
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
Additional Information
The position is based full-time onsite in Bonn. Fluency in German and English is essential. The role involves international travel. Employment services are facilitated professionally in accordance with business regulations.
