Service Engineer

Role Overview

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices at customer locations, ensuring smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service electronic equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults efficiently.
• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Document service visits and maintain accurate repair records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate spare parts availability, handle escalations, and seek technical support.
• Demonstrate product usage and provide fundamental operational training to customers when needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols to handle equipment properly during servicing.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction during field service visits.
• Travel to assigned client locations as required by the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of electronic systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and schedule field tasks effectively.
• Readiness and willingness to travel for service duties.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience.
