Hydraulic Engineer

About the Role

True Pace Consulting is seeking Hydraulic Technicians to assist with assembly, testing, and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders and power packs. This full-time position suits Mechanical Engineers, Diploma holders, or ITI graduates specialized in Mechanical or Fitter trades, bringing 1 to 5 years of relevant hydraulic experience.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly and testing procedures for hydraulic cylinders and power packs.
• Handle various hydraulic parts including valves, pumps, hoses, fittings, and seals.
• Carry out basic inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks on hydraulic systems.
• Assist senior technicians and engineers during servicing and assembly operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and workplace standards.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of hydraulic cylinders and power pack functionality.
• Familiarity with hydraulic pumps, valves, hoses, and sealing components.
• Ability to interpret simple technical diagrams is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting within a manufacturing environment.
• Educational background in ITI, Diploma, or Mechanical disciplines (Fitter or related trade).
• Between 1 and 5 years of practical experience working in hydraulics.
• Hardworking nature, technical curiosity, and a strong desire to grow professionally.
• Good teamwork abilities and communication skills essential.
