Position: Home Care Nurse
Location: Patient homes or assigned areas in Coimbatore and nearby regions
Employment: Full-Time

Primary Duties

• Provide nursing care following established care plans
• Regularly assess vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications, injections, intravenous therapies, wound care, and catheter maintenance
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Keep detailed records and promptly report any health status changes
• Inform and educate patients and their families regarding hygiene, nutrition, and ongoing treatments
• Maintain strict infection control and safety protocols
• Coordinate efforts with physicians, physiotherapists, and other caregivers
• Offer emotional support and manage urgent medical situations as they arise

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid licensing
• Previous experience in home-care or clinical settings is preferred
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Empathetic attitude, adaptability to variable hours including night shifts, and reliability
