Job Overview
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Service Team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining services at our restaurant. Team members will ensure customers receive a memorable and positive experience through attentive and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional, upbeat demeanor.
- Accurately and promptly take food and beverage orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee correct order fulfillment.
- Engage with diners to confirm their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Keep dining areas tidy and orderly throughout service.
- Operate the POS system to handle payments efficiently.
- Assist with restaurant operations including opening and closing tasks, setting tables, and cleaning duties.
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support smooth restaurant functioning.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in the food and beverage sector is a plus.
- Proven excellence in delivering customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Neat appearance with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
Additional Information
Candidates with three or more years of experience may be considered for senior positions within the team.
