About the Role

YAAL Lighting seeks a Project Coordinator responsible for overseeing lighting projects from initial order to final execution. The role involves managing interactions with clients and consultants, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, tracking production progress, coordinating material dispatches, handling site activities, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate lighting projects through all phases including client and consultant communications.
• Maintain project documentation and follow up on production progress.
• Organize material dispatch and coordinate on-site activities.
• Ensure timely completion within set project timelines.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in lighting, electrical, interior design, or construction sectors.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent skills in documentation and proactive follow-up.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel tools.
