Tally Accountant

Job Overview

Yaal Lighting seeks a dedicated Accountant & Tally Operator to oversee daily accounting activities. This role involves maintaining accurate Tally entries, handling invoicing, managing purchase and sales documentation, as well as GST compliance. Candidates will also be responsible for bank reconciliation, payment processing, and managing receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations using Tally Prime software.
• Prepare and process invoices accurately.
• Record purchase and sales transactions systematically.
• Handle GST documentation and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
• Manage payments and track receivables efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 2 to 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime software.
• Sound knowledge of GST regulations and basic accounting principles.
• Good command over Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing or trading sectors is advantageous.
