About The Role
The Service Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by efficiently managing financial transactions and identifying additional customer needs to refer appropriately. This role embraces the evolving nature of banking, offering opportunities for learning and growth while supporting our mission.
Work Details
- Role type: Casual with full-time employment and onsite presence in Auckland.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with ANZ’s service standards at every interaction.
- Process customer financial transactions swiftly and precisely while engaging meaningfully using tools such as NBC to understand customer needs.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships and contribute effectively to team goals.
- Manage cash handling tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to bank policies.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies, including maintaining appropriate cash levels, coordinating cash deliveries and returns, and optimizing teller cash management.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Preferred: understanding of compliance requirements, some sales experience, and computer proficiency.
