Role Overview

The Server position involves creating unforgettable experiences by attentively delivering food, beverages, and exceptional customer care, fostering guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages promptly and attentively to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Welcome guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide informed recommendations about menu items and services.
• Engage proactively with guests, maintaining a friendly and energetic ambiance.
• Utilize the advanced Nigel tablet-based point-of-sale system to accurately communicate orders to kitchen and service bar staff.
• Monitor guest needs continuously and address any requests swiftly.
• Present the bill to guests efficiently and courteously.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness in the dining area.

Required Qualifications

• A genuine interest in caring for others, eagerness to grow, and willingness to learn.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to clean tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and floor debris throughout the restaurant.
• Capability to carry plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, basic math, and clear verbal communication.
• Physical stamina to remain mobile for the entire shift.
• Capacity to lift and transport glass racks and cases weighing up to 25 pounds roughly 15 times per shift.

Physical Demands

This role includes frequent movement around the restaurant and guest interaction, lifting or moving items up to five pounds regularly, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, as well as bending and stooping. Good vision is necessary to ensure cleanliness and operate touch-screen POS systems. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities are available to support these essential activities.
