Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to lead and manage organic search initiatives for a dynamic multi-brand enterprise based in Brisbane. This position offers a high level of responsibility including ownership of the SEO strategy, prioritisation of projects, and steering organic growth across diverse websites and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a comprehensive SEO strategy and roadmap focusing on organic expansion.
- Lead efforts across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content creation, and authority development activities.
- Strategise and implement AI Search and GEO SEO tactics to enhance visibility on emerging AI-powered search platforms.
- Evaluate and prioritise SEO opportunities that result in quantifiable growth.
- Guide, mentor, and grow the SEO team to maximise performance.
- Manage reporting processes, extract actionable insights, and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team and liaise with external SEO experts as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Two to five years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven prior experience in leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong expertise in both technical and content-related SEO disciplines.
- Experience with authority building within SEO contexts.
- Knowledge of AI Search and GEO SEO methodologies.
Compensation
Salary offered can reach up to AUD 110,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
