Job Role

As an SEO Manager, you will oversee end-to-end account management for a portfolio of SEO clients. Your responsibilities encompass strategy development, execution, reporting, and most importantly, client relationship management. You will be the primary contact for clients, explaining campaign progress, setting future plans, and ensuring clear communication.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly client calls to present results and define future SEO initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies including technical SEO, content optimization, local SEO, and AI-driven search techniques.
• Collaborate with content creators and development teams by preparing briefs to facilitate timely project delivery.
• Convert complex data insights into understandable narratives that empower client decision-making.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts proactively and propose new initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to broader strategic planning, and assist in leading the SEO team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of approximately 2 years’ experience in SEO or account management; agency experience preferred but in-house or freelance backgrounds are also valued.
• Passionate about client interaction and relationship building; energized by client communications.
• Able to clearly communicate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders without oversimplifying or confusing.
• Ambitious with a strong commitment to career development and high standards, aiming to help evolve agency best practices.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts efficiently without missing deadlines.
• Motivated to deepen technical SEO expertise beyond surface-level knowledge.
