About the Role

Lead Height, based in Chinar Park, Kolkata, seeks an experienced SEO Executive with 1 to 3 years of expertise to enhance website visibility and search rankings through strategic SEO initiatives. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to find pertinent search terms that can boost website ranking.
• Apply on-page SEO methods including optimization of meta tags, title tags, internal linking, and content quality.
• Manage off-page SEO tasks such as building high-quality backlinks, submitting to directories, and outreach campaigns.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits to detect and resolve technical issues affecting search engine performance.
• Monitor and work to improve website rankings across major search engines like Google.
• Analyze SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to assess effectiveness.
• Enhance website content to increase organic traffic and overall search presence.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to craft SEO-optimized content strategies.
• Track and document SEO performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in SEO roles.
• Solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Ability to analyze and interpret SEO data to inform strategy.
